College Application Essay Workshop

Two one-week sessions
August 4-7 (No class on Friday)

What to bring: Computer

This four-day workshop is for rising seniors who want to get a head start on their application process and ease the anxiety of writing their college application essay. Students will discuss, plan, develop, and receive feedback on their essay specific to each person’s needs. Students will learn the dos and don’ts of writing a college essay along with how to tell their story and make themselves stand out among the thousands of other applicants. Time will be given for drafting, feedback, and revision.  By the end of this four-day course students will have a working draft of their personal and/or supplemental essays. 

*The instructor offers continued support, ongoing communication, and resources, even after the workshop ends.
