Brand new this Summer is the Landon Summer Cello camp. In this camp students will have individualized attention in masterclass and group class setting. Every morning students will start the day as a cello choir and play pieces specifically written for cello choirs. We will discuss sight-reading skills, pitch and rhythm precision, shifting, warm up techniques, bowings and jazz cello. One morning will be devoted to an overview of all 6 Bach Cello Suites. At the end of the week all students will perform in the cello choir and select students will perform a solo. Family and friends are welcome to attend in-person.
