Each day will include a variety of field hockey drills in which players work on stick skills (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and advanced moves), as well as defensive tackling, positioning, and team strategies. We will also play small-sided and full-field games to allow campers to practice the skills they have learned in a game situation.
