Registration Information

Early Registration begins on Tuesday, January 14 at 10 a.m., and General Registration opens on Thursday, January 16 at 10 a.m. 

Early Registration is available to returning Summer 2023 & 2024 families, current Landon School families, and current Landon Faculty/Staff.

During Registration, families must complete: 

• Household Form - Contact Information for Parents/Guardian (one form per account/family)
• Camper Information Forms - basic information such as school, health information, and health waiver (one form per camper)
• Camper Registration Waiver - Camp Policies and Information (one form per camper)

To register, you must provide: 

• Information for an Emergency Contact who is NOT A PARENT of the camper
• Physician Information
• Date of Camper's Last Tetanus Shot
• Date of Camper’s COVID vaccination, if vaccinated
• Immunization Record for all campers attending school outside of Montgomery County, MD
• Camper T-shirt Size (Day Camp Only)

Registration is on a first come, first registered basis for all programs. The deadline for registering for all programs is 12:00pm on the Wednesday before a session begins, if the program is not already full. Registrations are not accepted after this time.

Once a program is filled, a waitlist is started through our online registration system. When registering for a waitlist, complete all of the requested information. No deposit or payment is required until a space is offered to the camper. Should a space become available, Landon Summer will directly contact families on the waitlist in the order in which the waitlist request was received. Families will then have 48 hours to accept the available space before it is released to the next name on the list. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information about if or when a camper may come off the waitlist.

• A $100  non-refundable deposit per session is required during initial registration. 

• Other non-refundable deposits: Roundtrip Bus Transportation- $20, One-way Bus Transportation- $10, Early Morning Care-$15, Late Afternoon Program (LAP)- $25

The remaining balance is due in full by May 15, 2025. 

If registering for a program after May 15, full payment is required at the time of registration, and all payments made at that time are non-refundable.

Accounts will be automatically charged on May 15  to the credit card on file for the remaining balance, unless prior arrangements are made with the Camp Director. 

After May 15, 2025, all fees are non-refundable.

Payments must be made through our online registration system.  Landon Summer accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as ACH payments.  Paper checks will NOT be accepted.

All requests for changes in schedules or services, not including cancellations, must be made in writing 10 days in advance and are subject to space availability. There is a $15 charge for any changes made to existing registrations once camp has started on June 9, 2025. There is no charge to add programs. After May 15, 2025, all payments are non-refundable even if a camper switches to a program with a lower fee. 

If you would like to withdraw your child from a program for which they are already registered, the request should be made in writing by sending an email to landonsummer@landon.net. Prior to May 15, all fees less the deposit will be refunded.  After May 15, no refunds will be made for any reason.
